HISTORY
History is largely unknown. Records indicate “White Vincent” served in the French Foreign Legion in the early ‘80s (See Appendix 4-R). Currently operates as a paid mercenary; seemingly does not discriminate based on goals/affilliations.
CRIMINAL ACTS
Note: “White Vincent” is a suspect in numerous additional crimes. This list includes only those for which he has been convicted. - August 12, 1998 – Los Angeles, CA Armed robbery of CreditBank, Pico Branch; 3 killed.
- January 21, 2004 – Mainz-Kastel, DE Bombing of Army Storage Station.
- November 19, 2007 – New York, NY Carbombing, 2 killed.
- March 7, 2008 – Moscow, RU Russiyana Flight 71 Bombing, resulting in the deaths of 217 people.
- May 1, 2011 – Baghdad, IQ Murder of 5 U.S. Marines.
