instructions Turn extra virgin olive oil into powder. Add 1/2 cup of tapioca maltodextrin to the olive oil and stir vigorously until it turns into powder. Set aside.

instructions Heat oil and fry basil leaves until crispy, dry on paper towels and season with salt. Set aside.
