1 tablespoon chopped fresh Cilantro (optional)
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Garlic clove (finely chopped)
1/4 teaspoon Salt (optional)
4 Plain Tortilla Chips (broken into small pieces; optional)

instructions Mash egg yolks with avocado in medium bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the tortilla chips and egg whites.

instructions Generously fill the egg whites, and then garnish with reserved avocado, tomato and tortilla chips. Garnish, if desired, with additional cilantro.
