Shawn Davis: Team Ludo: Shawn is 43 years old, and works as an executive chef in Los Angeles, California. He chose to participate in this competition for his family, and especially for his two kids, who are young foodies. For his audition, he prepared Seared Ahi Tuna with Jicama and Pickled Cucumbers.
Gregg Drusinsky: Team Ludo: Gregg is 32 years old, and he is a culinary instructor in New York City. He describes himself as “borderline erotic,” crazy, and having a ton of energy. He admits to having a big ego and does not take criticism very well. He got his start when he was 15 years old, working as a sous chef. For his audition, he prepared a Lobster Bisque with Coconut Milk and Curry Paste.
