  • 1 package store-bought whole wheat pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • For the Sticky Mixture:
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • For the Filling:
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups blueberries

    ingredients 1 tablespoon walnut oil
    instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil 9-inch cake pan with 1 tablespoon walnut oil.

    ingredients 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
    instructions For the Sticky Mixture: In a small bowl, combine room temperature butter, honey, and brown sugar until thoroughly mixed. Once mixed, spread evenly on the bottom of the greased cake pan. Sprinkle chopped walnuts evenly on top of the butter mixture. Set aside.

    ingredients 1 package store-bought whole wheat pizza dough
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    instructions Flour a rolling pin and cutting board liberally. Roll the pizza dough into about an 18 inch x 18 inch square, about 1/4-inch thick. Lightly brush the entire surface of the dough with melted butter.

    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 cups blueberries
    instructions For the Filling: In a small bowl, mix the 1/4 cup of brown sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Spread evenly over the dough. Sprinkle blueberries on top in an even layer.

    instructions Roll the dough like a jelly roll, making sure none of the filling escapes. Cut the roll into 2 inch pieces. Place them in the cake pan on top of your sticky mixture, leaving space in-between the rolls.  Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until tops are brown and filling is bubbling.
