  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 3 tablespoon black beans (drained)
  • 2 tablespoon onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jalapeno (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon Guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Scrambled Egg Whites

    ingredients 3 tablespoon black beans (drained)
    2 tablespoon onion (chopped)
    1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    instructions Saute black beans with onion and olive oil for a couple minutes.

    instructions Add cumin and season with salt/pepper if needed.

    instructions Add bean mixture to tortilla and top with the remaining ingredients. Roll up and enjoy.
