instructions Slice the pears into thin wedges. Place in a mixing bowl and add the brandy. Let soak for 5 minutes and then drain.

instructions In a glass, layer a few slices of pear, a scoop of ice cream (press flat with the back of a spoon) and a 1/4 cup of cookies. Repeat until the glass is full.
