  • For the Pad Thai:
  • 1/2 Package of Thai Rice Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Peanuts
  • 1  Minced Shallot
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • Pinch Chile Flakes
  • 1 Egg
  • For Garnishes:
  • lime wedges
  • cilantro
  • sambal
  • sugar
  • bean sprouts

    ingredients 1/2 Package of Thai Rice Noodles
    instructions For the Pad Thai: Soak rice noodles in warm water until soft.

    ingredients 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
    2 tablespoons Peanuts
    1  Minced Shallot
    3 Cloves Minced Garlic
    2 tablespoons Tamarind
    2 tablespoons Sugar
    4 teaspoons Fish Sauce
    Pinch Chile Flakes
    1 Egg
    instructions Heat up wok style pan with oil and shallot, and garlic. Drain the noodles and add them to pan. Then add tamarind (lime juice can be a substitute), sugar, fish sauce and chili flake. Add egg to mixture and scramble, then add the peanuts (or any nut you choose). Toss together and serve.
