instructions In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter and mix until well combined. Press half of the mixture into a greased 10-inch springform pan. Next, spread the melted mint candies over the crust. Top with half of the ice cream. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

instructions Reserve ¼ cup hot fudge topping. Then combine remaining hot fudge topping and crumb mixture and spread over the ice cream.
