  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 3 tablespoon Flaxseed Oil

    ingredients 1 cup Cashews
    1/2 cup Almonds
    instructions In a food processor fitted with an S-blade, grind the almond and cashews, scraping down the sides when necessary, until it begins to clump about 3-4 minutes.

    ingredients 3 tablespoon Flaxseed Oil
    instructions Begin to add the flax seed oil, a tablespoon at a time, until incorporated. Process until the nuts begin to break down and release their oils, about 4-5 minutes.
