ingredients 1 Cup red gummy fish
1 Cup water plus more as needed

instructions In a saucepot, add 1-cup Swedish fish to boiling water and cook until the fish breakdown to a jelly-like consistency, adding more water as needed. When the jelly has cooled spoon 1 tablespoon into the bottom of a martini glass.

ingredients 1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 Teaspoon lime juice
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice cocktail

instructions Make a classic Cosmopolitan by combining the vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and cranberry juice cocktail into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass.
