  • 1/2 Cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded (use what you have or your favorite cheese)
  • Top round pot roast meat shredded
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • 1 lime
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream

    ingredients Flour tortillas
    1/2 Cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded (use what you have or your favorite cheese)
    Top round pot roast meat shredded
    1/2 onion chopped
    instructions Place flour tortilla into saute pan, top with shredded meat, cheese, chopped onions, top with tortilla. Flip to melt cheese.

    instructions Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, wedge of lime.
