ingredients 1 cup frozen blueberries

instructions Thaw blueberries and puree in food processor.

instructions Strain out the liquid from the blueberry puree.

ingredients 4 cups cold milk

instructions Divide the strained puree among 4 glasses. Top with 1 cup of milk each and stir to combine. Enjoy immediately.
