instructions Add olive oil to pan and cook pumpkin until tender. Add parsley, sage, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

instructions Pop popcorn according to directions.

ingredients 4 pork chops 3 cloves garlic 4 sprigs thyme 2 tablespoon Butter pinch of salt
instructions In a pan add butter, garlic, salt and thyme. Put pork chops in pan and saute until slightly pink in the center (about 5 minutes per side). Baste the pork chops with the melted butter and sauce in the pan while cooking. Once cooked cut pork into strips, against the grain.

instructions Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and combined.

instructions For plating, lay arugula greens on a plate. Top greens with cooked pork, pumpkin, popcorn and finish with sauce. Garnish with some chopped chives.
