John Besh, one of New Orlean's famed chefs, stops by the kitchen to whip up some soul food with Michael. In honor of Mardi Gras, John and Michael prepare the Southern favorite, Jambalaya. Meat lovers will rejoice when they taste John's version, including shrimp, chicken, and andouille!
