There are so many different variations on the classic burger. In honor of the summer, we at The Chew encourage you to try them all.  A good place to start is the Big Mike Burger.  This burger is a reinvention of the McDonald’s staple, The Big Mac, with an extra gourmet twist.  Michael paired fresh brioche rolls with hearty, meaty burgers and two sauces, Symon’s sauce and a garlic aioli.
