This herb aids in digestion and is always a welcome addition to any dish. It is a perennial plant and survives best in well-drained soil. Once your plant gets going it will be bountiful. The leave are delicious when used fresh but you can also dry them. To dry them cut back the stalks by a third to a half and hang them away from sunlight. Then just store the leaves in a clean jar.
