You want a beautiful table design for your next party, but you don’t want to spend a ton of money. Not to worry, Clinton Kelly is here to help. For less than $25 Clinton will show you how to turn your boring table into a work of art.
Placemats To make fun placemats Clinton bought a $2 roll of shelf liner at a hardware store and applied it to his old placemats. After a couple snips the placemats looked as good as new.
Napkin Rings To make you own napkin rings pick up a $3 box of washers and a $2 roll of wire. Just trim the wire, attach it to the washers and you're done.
Candleholders Most of us like candleholders but they tend to be quite expensive. Here Clinton made his own for under $2. He used pipe reducers as the basic holder and then tape to make the candle stay steady.
Vases Globe lighting fixtures make fantastic vases when they are inverted. Just trim whatever flowers you have and gently place them in the globe.
If you aren’t crazy about that look then try an old bottle of wine or a canning jar. To dress the bottle up wrap twine around it. This gives it a rustic look.
Serving Tray Remember those free paint swatches? You can decoupage a wooden tray that you already own with them and it will look like a fantastic!
