Tammy K. was looking to add more fiber into her baked goods, and asked Daphne for some healthy recommendations. Daphne explains in the above, but broken down:
Flaxseeds: Mix 1 tablespoon flaxseeds to 3 tablespoons of warm water until it has the consistency of an egg white. Add that into your recipe.
Cheese Seeds: This a good substitute for oil and butter. Take 1 tablespoon and mix with 9 tablespoons of water, give it a shake in a jar, form a nice gel, you can use that gel 1:1 for whatever your making.
