On today’s Last Bites, Daphne revels in her Dueling Meatball Challenge victory. Meatballs, like dumplings, can be made in a number of ways, and different parts of the world use various types of meats, spices, and sauces to personalize the delicacy.

Daphne and Michael put their favorite versions to the test as they face off in The Dueling Meatballs Challenge. Daphne prepared spiced lamb meatballs, while Michael prepared the Greek specialty, Keftedes, using ground beef and a variety of spices. Daphne was awarded the Golden Meatball, and she is now left with the task of deciding where to display her trophy. Luckily for Daphne, Michael was a very gracious loser. Maybe he will tie up the score if they ever face off in a dumpling competition.
