Hands up! Utensils down. It's a Top Chef Reunion today when Richard Blais and Fabio Viviani stop by for The Chew's Extra Value Friday: Italian Edition. The Top Chef alums team up with Carla to prepare two pasta-less Italian dishes: Fabio's Lazy Sausage Meatballs and Richard's "Impasta" Carbonara.
To refresh your memory of their culinary pasts, Blais appeared on Top Chef Season 4, and came back for Top Chef Masters and Top Chef:All-Stars; Viviani competed on Top Chef Season 5, and then again in Top Chef: All-Stars; The Chew's very own Carla Hall appeared on Top Chef in Season 5, and then again in Top Chef: All-Stars.
