Amazing Skin-Softening Apricot Mask

This spring facemask is a great overall moisturizer and facial treatment.  The apricots contain essential acids like linoleic and oleic acid, which nourish damaged skin, eliminate dead skin and help skin retain elasticity.  It’s also great for your hair and hands!
 
What you need:
2 pitted apricots
2 teaspoons greek yogurt
Olive oil
 
How to make it:
Puree all ingredients a blender until it becomes a spreadable paste.
 
Apply to face, avoiding the eyes, and let sit for 10 – 20 minutes.
 
Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
 
Spring Green Wrinkle-Smoothing Mask

The broccoli in this mask is rich in antioxidants that protect skin from sun damaging effects.  The peas contain an enzyme inhibitor that prevents collagen loss.  Finally, the molasses softens your skin.  All in all this mask is a winner!
 
What you need:
1 tablespoon broccoli florets (steam for 5 minutes)
1 tablespoon sweet peas
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon molasses
 
How to make it:         
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
 
Apply to your skin and leave for 20 minutes.
 
Rinse using cold or warm water.
 
Berry Bright Teeth Whitener

Star Catherine Zeta Jones says she uses strawberries to lighten surface stains on her teeth and brighten her smile and you should too.  Strawberries contain malic acid which naturally lightens stain on teeth and the baking soda removes plaque while freshening your breath.
 
What you need:
3 strawberries (hulled & chopped)
1 tablespoon baking soda
 
How to make it:
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork.
 
Apply with a toothbrush, and let sit for 5 – 10 minutes.
