Seaweed

It can now be found at almost any supermarket.  Eating seaweed is like cheating for your skin.  It has tons of minerals and trace elements because if you don’t have essential minerals in your blood stream your skin will look wrinkled and crinkled.   Seaweed is so savory and salty making it a great bacon substitute if you’re a vegetarian.

Bee Pollen

Which is pollen from flowers that is collected from bees as they enter the hive or is harvested by other means.  It is high in B-Complex vitamins, and vitamins A,C, D, and E.  And it’s a great source of antioxidants.

Use it to top yogurt, or put in a smoothie, you can even put some on your toast!

**If you have a severe pollen allergy speak to your doctor before taking.

Flax

Must be ground to get the full health benefit.  Not only nutritious, but full of antioxidants.
