Perhaps the most surprising member of this group of conspirators is Olivia Pope herself. While Olivia’s known to be able to hold her own with unsavory power-players, this is something bigger. She appears to be involved in a high-level cover-up involving some of the President's closest advisors. She has shown herself to be willing to go to great and questionable lengths to protect this secret, including arranging for Quinn’s abduction and new identity and recently asking Harrison to break up Abby and David Rosen’s blossoming romance.
