When Olivia hears about the Cytron bombing, she suspects that Hollis Doyle was involved in order to cover up the election rigging in Defiance, Ohio. She takes her suspicions to Hollis who stops short of saying he ordered the bombing, but to Olivia it's clear that he was. She immediately becomes even more conflicted about her part in the election rigging conspiracy.
