Jack was freaked when he realized his hoodie had been stolen

It was found a short time later by the police in the front seat of Lee Moran car. The thug was arrested and sent to Rikers. Lee knew he was on the hook for Tyler’s murder. He placed a call to Victoria warning her that if he went down he'd take the Graysons with him. Conrad assured his wife that he'd clean up this mess just like he did with Dominik.

Lee was found dead a short time later

A suicide note was found near the body that contained a confession to Tyler's murder. It looked like all charges against Daniel Grayson would be dropped.

What really happened to the hoodie

Emily stole the hoodie from the Stowaway. Later she went to a bar where Lee had been drinking. After a couple of drink, Emily got Lee to confess to many things. She then led him on and they made their way to his car. Before he knew it, Emily beat the tar out of him and made an impression of his car key. She used this later to make a copy of his car key and plant the bloody hoodie.
