The only things Victoria truly wants out of the divorce settlement are Grayson Manor, a few pieces of art and, of course, Charlotte.
As far as the financial details, Victoria claimed the prenuptial she signed wasn’t valid since she was pregnant at the time. It falls under the category of duress.
