Daniel asks Emily to move to Paris

Daniel was fed up with everything and wanted to run away. He found his fiancée on the beach and asked her to runaway to Paris. Her response was pretty much what Victoria had earlier predicted, she said no. Disheartened, Daniel headed off to be alone on the beach.

The Murder on the Beach: Daniel’s Story

A gun-wielding Tyler surprised Daniel on the beach with Emily’s photo of her targets. This was the moment of truth to kill his old friend and frame his fiancée. A fight broke out and Daniel was able to get the gun away from Tyler. He ended up shooting Tyler in self-defense, but that wasn’t the fatal shot. During this whole struggle Takeda had been lying low and observing. After Daniel had shot Tyler, Takeda snuck up, knocked Daniel out, and then finished Tyler by putting two bullets into his back.

The Murder on the Beach: Jack’s Story

BANG! Jack heard a gunshot on the beach and found Amanda hovering over Tyler’s bullet ridden body. He told her to take off in his car as he dragged the body behind some brush. He wanted to protect the woman he loved at all costs. Tyler had previously taken Daniel’s phone to lure Emily onto the beach and that was still in his pocket. The phone rang which got the attention of Declan and Charlotte, who were playing hooky from the party. This sent Jack running off.

The Aftermath of the Murder

Amanda on her way out of town in Jack’s truck, but it looked bad for her when it broke down. “Luckily” Takeda just so happened to find her and pick her up.

Back on the beach, the entire party rushed to the scene. Victoria feared her son was dead, but turned the body to reveal that it was actually Tyler. A somewhat disoriented Daniel stepped up to the scene. Victoria hugs her son, realized he’s covered in blood and whispered into his ear to keep quiet.
