David Clarke is Charlotte’s Father

Conrad needed to verify this information so he had his DNA tested against Charlotte’s. Results showed that he was NOT the father. During one of divorce negotiations, Conrad dismissed the lawyers to have a private one-on-one with Victoria. He let her know that she should take whatever her offers her. If they were to go to trial, it would be public knowledge that she had a lovechild with the most hated man in America. Charlotte was crushed when Conrad informed her that she needed to move back with her mother. What’s even more jarring was the way in which he seemed to look upon her.

Conrad wasn’t the only one testing DNA

Victoria saw her daughter’s genetic material as a way to prove if Amanda was who she claimed to be. The only problem was, Victoria needed a sample of her DNA to compare it to her Charlotte’s (David’s biological daughter). That’s why Amanda was invited over for tea. After the part, Victoria gave the spoon Amanda had used to her lawyer, Ryan Huntley, and had the DNA on it compared to Charlotte’s. The results should have come back negative, but Emily’s web of people spread even to Mr. Huntley. He altered the results to show that Charlotte and Amanda shared the same father. This cemented Amanda’s identity in Victoria’s mind. This allowed Emily to go about her business without being under the suspicion of Victoria.
