Victoria tried to place Amanda on the beach

Victoria attempted to convince Charlotte that the hooded person she saw on the beach the night Tyler was killed could have been a woman. It was all part of her plan to set up Amanda as a suspect.

Victoria tired to incriminate Jack

Victoria was determined to find a way to shed the light of suspicion on anyone else other than her son. When Charlotte remembered a hooded man on the beach, the idea of Amanda being a suspect was dropped. Enter Jack Porter. Charlotte claimed to see a man on the beach and, with prodding from Victoria, the sketch artist they hired created a reasonable likeness of Jack as the person she saw on the beach that night.
