Emily received of Frank’s cell phone and wallet from Nolan

Nolan babysat Amanda after her return. While she was distracted, Nolan pocketed the potentially damning evidence that once belonged to Frank. Later, he gave the items to Emily who then planted the items in Grayson Manor. The police traced the GPS signal from the phone, which made the Graysons the prime suspects since they had just fired Frank. Conrad vowed that he would take Victoria with him if he got blamed.
