Declan persuades Charlotte to keep Nate and Kenny busy while he snoops around the supply room. He finds drugs stashed in a big bag of coffee beans, which he accidentally spills on the floor. Declan cleans up the mess, but Nate knows something is up when he steps on a stray bean.

Now that he knows the Ryans are bad news, Jack wants them out. He sends Amanda and the baby off to stay with Emily while he executes the plan. The cops raid the bar, but no drugs are found inside the bean bags. Nate knew something was up (because of the stray bean) and took action before he could get fingered for the crime. A short time later, the police stage another raid. This time drugs are found stashed on Jack’s boat. Since Declan was the one living on the boat, the cops naturally want to arrest him. Jacks steps in and takes the fall for his little brother at the last minute.
