As The Dark Curse rolled over Fairy Tale Land according to Rumplestiltskin’s plan, Cora remained behind with Hook to wait for an opportunity to follow after her daughter. For 28 years she waited patiently until Emma and Mary Margaret were transported there. Following their lead, Cora was able to discover a way to Storybrooke, but ultimately lost the battle to get there. Luckily, Captain Hook had found an alternative route and the two of them set sail for our world aboard Hook’s ship, The Jolly Roger.
