Not merely an evil sorceress nor a simple dragon, Maleficent has the ability to be both. As a dragon, she is colossal, towering above even the largest of those fire-breathers. There is perhaps no more deadly foe to face in all of Fairy Tale Land. Luckily for those few left behind when The Dark Curse struck, it seemed to have taken Maleficent as well. Unfortunately for Emma, she faced Maleficent in her dragon form in the caverns beneath Storybrooke. Using her father’s sword, she was able to slay the creature once and for all, a feat to match even the bravest accomplishments of her mother and father.
