Henry has targeted an unidentified coma patient in the local hospital as Prince Charming and convinces his teacher, Mary Margaret (Snow White in Fairy Tale Land), to read their story to him. The reading session causes him to suddenly wake up and go stumbling through the woods. Henry, Emma, Mary Margaret and Sheriff Graham search the woods and find him drowning in a stream. Mary Margaret saves his life and they get him back to the hospital, where Regina and a woman claiming to be John Doe’s wife are waiting for him. We recognize the wife as King Midas’ daughter and Prince Charming’s unwanted fiancé from Fairy Tale Land. She takes John Doe, now known as David, home with her.
