After breaking into the Mayor's office, Emma and Sidney have proof that the Mayor is building some sort of house with funds from the town. But when they try to expose her in the latest city council meeting, all they end up exposing are her plans to build a new, safer playground for the children of Storybrooke. Emma realizes that she just messed up. Big. Regina tells her that there's not a judge in the world who wouldn't give her a restraining order now, so she forbids Emma from seeing Henry unless she gives her permission, which is just not going to happen. Meanwhile, we finally see who's got Henry's book and much to our surprise, it's not the Mayor—it's the mysterious stranger who rode into town a few days ago! What could he possibly want with Henry's book? What does he know? Finally, we see Sidney meeting with Regina in her office, celebrating their victory. He was working for the Mayor the whole time, and now, Emma trusts him! With Sidney spying on Emma for her, what can Regina have up her sleeve next?
