In Fairy Tale Land, Snow White and Prince Charming are having just as much trouble getting over each other. The Prince is due to marry King Midas' daughter in a couple of days, but can't get Snow out of his head no matter how hard his overbearing "father" tries for him. He writes a letter to Snow White asking her to come see him before the wedding if she feels the same way he does. Meanwhile, she's off in the woods living all survivalist, with only the occasional food run from her pal Red Riding Hood for company. Snow decides it'd be better to forget her love for Charming, so she makes a deal with, you guessed it, Rumplestiltskin. He trades her a potion that will wipe away all of her memories of the Prince in exchange for a few hairs from her head. We're sure that deal will totally work out for her and not lead to some bit of nastiness from Rumple down the line.
