Back in Fairy Tale Land, the Queen escorts Hansel and Gretel to the home of the Blind Witch. The Queen wants something in a black satchel within the Witch’s house, but she can’t go in herself to get it. Instead, she has to send the children in after it. It shouldn’t be too hard to steal except for one little problem—the house is the most tempting collection of sweets ever. Once the kids are inside, Gretel is determined to get in and out with the satchel, but Hansel can’t help himself. As soon as he takes one bite of a scrumptious cupcake, the Blind Witch awakens and gets ready to cook up the kids. But Hansel and Gretel are able to use the Witch’s blindness against her and shove her into her own oven before dashing out with the satchel. Once back at the Evil Queen’s castle, she offers them both the chance to stay with her and have all of their dreams come true. Gretel refuses, though, and the Queen banishes them deep into the forest before releasing their father, whom she had had the whole time, to go find them, if he can.
