In Fairy Tale Land, we pick up in the Evil Queen’s palace after she returns from threatening to destroy everyone’s happiness forever. Her magic mirror asks how she plans to accomplish that and her reply is simple: the Dark Curse. But first, she has to get it back from her best frenemy, Maleficent, whom she traded it to for the sleeping spell she used on Snow White. After the two ladies duke it out magic-style, the Queen takes back the Curse and gets ready to unleash it, no matter what the cost. But when the Curse fails, she realizes part of the cost will be consulting the person who gave it to her in the first place—Rumplestiltskin.
