Even though she’s finally been exonerated and the town has embraced her again, Mary Margaret can’t bring herself to forgive David for losing faith in her. The romance that she had once thought was something out of a fairy tale has soured because of his lying and his lack of trust. When Kathryn recovers from her abduction, she chooses to move on with her life in Storybrooke, but now David begins to think he’d be better off getting a fresh start somewhere new. He asks Mary Margaret if she can give him a reason to stay, but she can’t. It seems like all hope is lost for these two.
