We're not saying Modern Family's Phil Dunphy is Santa, but you never see the two of them in the same place at the same time. Just sayin'. St. Nick or not, Phil is a very jolly guy during the holidays. In Undeck the Halls, we hear him deliver his annual joke that the stockings are hung by the chimney by Claire. Classic Christmas stuff.
