Lucy gathers together her troops for the upcoming Nurses Ball. Sabrina, Elizabeth, and Felix are circumspect about how they are going to raise the funds they expected to receive from ELQ. Lucy surprises the nurses by revealing a cashier's check covering the Ball's expenses. 

While at the hospital, AJ crosses with Elizabeth. She shares words with him about his kiss with Carly. Michael reels from learning that his parents are dating. Meanwhile, Todd has a plan to uncover the truth. 

Molly fears the worst when she is unable to reach Rafe at the group home. Sam calls McBain to enlist his help. Sam warns Todd about karma: he hurt her family. She wouldn't be surprised if something awful happened to his. Later, Ellie completes her hypnotherapy session.
