John walks in as a fanged Caleb. Meanwhile, Lucy, having hit her head trying to get to him, has a visitation from Alison who urges her to gather her strength and destroy Caleb in order to protect Alison's son. Heather finds Danny with Rafe at Wyndemere and believes this is divine intervention.

Anna explains to Alexis the real facts about Caleb and Alexis fears for Sam, getting very emotional and talking about how she didn't know Sam growing up. Anna asks who Sam's father is. Thinking of Robin, Anna prays. 

Duke sneaks into the Quartermaine den and, under Tracy's nose, steals the key to the relish refrigerator.
