Lucy worries about Rafe's safety after her dream about Caleb, then wonders if she'd been dreaming at all. 

Meanwhile, Sam wakes to find herself Caleb's captive.  Sonny arrives at Olivia's and finds Kate anxious to see her son.  Sonny has to break the sad and terrible news to her that Trey is dead.  Lulu gets an unwelcome visit.  

Meanwhile, looking to help Lucy in jail, Scott encounters Anna, who reveals that she and Luke are through.
