McBain tells Sam that there's video footage of a man who looks exactly like him taking Rafe from jail and evidence from the PCPD. They are both reeling from all of this. Sam asks where John was when this all was going down. 

Caleb is spotted by Heather on the docks. Todd and Heather discover that they've both contacted the same discreet boat captain for transport. Heather has an errand to run and leaves. Will Todd take the boat and leave Heather behind? 

When Molly tries to rouse Rafe, he grabs her, thinking she’s McBain, who he believes killed his mother. Alexis shows up. Heather shows up in a nurse's uniform, saying she’s here for the baby. Lucy apologizes to Anna for holding her at gunpoint, and to Kevin for leaving him behind at Ferncliff after Heather clocked him. Alexis arrives to help defend her. Later, Lucy and McBain are face-to-face. 

Sabrina is horrified that she gave Patrick the wrong medication and inadvertently killed a patient. Patrick isn't so sure made a mistake, thinks Sabrina should wait until the autopsy report arrives. Olivia and Steve realize that her recent vision of Heather predicted Heather’s escape from Ferncliff. Olivia wonders if this means her vision of Steve in the shower with Sabrina is going to come to pass as well.
