Down in the cells, Andre and a cop remove Rafe from his cell under the ostensible reason of returning to the scene of the murder.  By the time Anna and Lucy arrive at the cell, Rafe is gone. 

Elsewhere, Duke delivers the bad news to AJ and Michael that he was unable to convince the authorities to unfreeze ELQ's assets. The trio lament the state of ELQ but redouble their efforts to save it. Later, Duke unearths a page from ELQ's history that may prove its salvation.
