Lulu and Dante find Luke alive and only mildly injured. They help to secure his release from the prison and head home.

Maxie realizes she got pregnant by Spinelli. Before she can tell, her better impulses take over when she sees Spinelli and Ellie together. Later, Britt asks Maxie how she will let Dante and Lulu know, just as they arrive to overhear.

After Ellie learns she will recover, Spinelli tells Ellie he slept with Maxie on New Year's Eve.

Olivia wonders if Connie is falling for Sonny, and when he arrives, Connie admits she was talking about him. Later, Anna and Sonny end up discussing their romantic lives, which are oddly parallel.

Luke arrives to Anna, but comes face to face with the real Duke.
