Carly wakes up in Todd's bed, worried at first she slept with Todd, then horrified when AJ appears. He assures her no sex happened. Destroyed and alone, she gets great advice from Felix and agrees to sponsor the Nurses' Ball at the Metrocourt.

Sam confronts Todd for switching her baby, almost suffocating him. Later, Diane tells Todd he is getting arraigned immediately.

Anna confesses to McBain she is unable to look at Duke without seeing Faison. Later, John awakes to Sam at his bedside, and they joke about Lucy's vampires. In jail, Lucy insists that McBain is Caleb. Duke and Felicia pay her a visit as old friends, and later on, Alexis arrives to represent her during her arraignment.

Tracy and AJ have opposite reactions about their ELQ claim when they hear Lucy has been imprisoned for her psychotic break.

Despite Lucy's incarceration, Felix insists to Sabrina that the Nurses' Ball is a go.
