Johnny alerts Diane to Todd's escape plan, and she finds him mid-lies at the hospital. Todd refuses to abandon the plot even after a heart breaking moment with Starr. Later, Todd is back in custody after Sam stops him.
AJ delivers drunk and despairing Carly to Todd's hotel room – and she proceeds to cut up his expensive suits. AJ puts her to bed.
Kristina and Connie face life after Trey. As Sonny and Connie get a little closer, Kristina looks upon Trey's medal, the only memento of her love.
Lucy appears to suffer a psychotic break, alleging McBain as "Caleb" and Sam as "Livvie." Before McBain and Sam can escape her rants, Lucy stabs McBain near the chest. Sam rushes McBain to the hospital as Lucy is arrested.
Sabrina and Felix wonder about Lucy's arrest and its effect on the Nurses' Ball.
