Trey's friends and families gather to address his condition -- he's not dead, but in a vegetative state. At first pushing Sonny away, Connie opens up to him and refuses to allow anyone to turn off Trey's life sustaining machines. Meanwhile, Kristina and Starr each pay Trey a visit.

Todd tries to smother Johnny in his sleep, but is prevented by Dante's arrival.

Sam gets a visit from Carly, who reveals she was right about Todd. They discuss Jason, and the conversation turns confrontational when Sam asserts Jason is alive. Later, Carly pays Todd a visit.

Ellie awakens from surgery. Meanwhile, Spinelli and Maxie contend over their one-night stand. Are Maxie and Spinelli destined to be together? When Spinelli gets Sabrina's message, he rushes to GH. Later, Maxie calls Dante and Lulu as Spinelli stands by ready to tell Ellie he slept with Maxie.

Patrick confronts Sabrina, wanting to talk about what happened on New Year's Eve.
